To explore the risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus and its influence on pregnancy,and to analyze the risk factors of GDM.Now the proportion of gesta-tional diabetes mellitus is much lower than before,but patients cannot belittle it. Because the quality of disease control will directly affect the safety of pregnant women and fetuses,poor control will lead to various complications.Pregnant women suffering from gestational diabetes should keep in close contact with doctors,nutritionists and other medical personnel during the whole pregnancy to facilitate reasonable control and reduction of the disease according to the pregnant woman's physical condition.This article will describe various compli-cations of gestational diabetes mellitus and their impact on perinatal in-fants,analyze and put forward corresponding nursing suggestions.
