Research on the Application of Three-dimensional Anatomical Technology in Plastic Surgery Teaching

Three-dimensional (3D) anatomical technology is progressively transforming the conventional teaching paradigm of plastic surgery. This study systematically explores its integration pathways and application efficacy in teaching. First, the paper elaborates on the principles of 3D reconstruction and visualization techniques, relevant software-hardware platforms, and the construction workflow of digital anatomical models. It further analyzes the inherent complexities of anatomical teaching in plastic surgery and the limitations of traditional teaching modalities. By developing hierarchical anatomical teaching modules, 3D demonstration of neurovascular structures, and virtual simulation of surgical approaches, integration strategies for theoretical instruction are proposed. From a practical perspective, a training framework combining 3D anatomical learning with cadaveric specimen dissection, individualized case-based teaching, and a standardized operative assessment system is established. Teaching outcome evaluations demonstrate marked improvements in students’ spatial cognition and comprehension of surgical design, providing a feasible reform blueprint for plastic surgery education.
