The ceramic industry is a precious traditional Chinese sector and an important part of modern materials industry. Accurate translation of ceramic terminology guarantees effective cross‑cultural and technical communication. Using case analysis, this paper summarizes core lexical features of ceramic English and proposes targeted translation strategies. It aims to offer practical references for terminology translation and promote the standardization of ceramic‑English translation.
