Abstract

Cross-border data flow, as a new product of the Internet era, plays a pivotal role in global economic development. In the Internet era, countries pay more and more attention to cross-border data flow rules. In the international community, the cross-border rules of data include the mode of data free flow, the mode of data rights protection and the mode of data localization. Starting from the legis-lative path of data localization in China, combined with the cross-border data flow rules in the United States and Europe, from the aspects of studying and im-proving the multiple paths of Chinese data outbound, adopting refined data out-bound management policies, vigorously carrying out international cooperation, and actively participating in the formulation of international rules, in order to promote the development of domestic data and enhance the voice of interna-tional data cross-border rules.
