Abstract

The translation of national music culture is key to spreading excellent traditional Chinese culture globally. This paper uses the three major logical laws and critical tools of knowledge translation studies to explore translating ancient Henan national music culture into English, aiming to boost its international visibility and acceptance. Results show that the principles of seeking truth, establishing good deeds, and pursuing beauty positively affect translation practice in knowledge fit, difference, and conflict areas. These principles also significantly expand practical paths for national music culture translation and enrich knowledge translation studies
