Considering that shaft bending is one of the most common errors in the manu-facturing of gear shaft systems. Therefore, this should be an important consider-ation in the dynamic simulation process. Based on the establishment of the dy-namic model of the spur gear system including shaft bending, the influence of single-bend crankshafts and double-bend crankshafts on the dynamic response of the system was considered. The results show that the greater the degree of shaft bending, the greater the vibration amplitude of the system. Therefore, the degree of shaft bending should be controlled within a reasonable range to pre-vent it from causing instability in the gear system.
