Empirical Study on Evaluation of Urban Logistics Competitiveness Based on Factor Analysis--A Case Study of Shandong Province

The efficient operation of logistics industry plays an irreplaceable role in promoting commodity circulation, accelerating industrial upgrading, enhancing urban competitiveness and promoting regional economic integration. However, the development of logistics industry in various cities is unbalanced. This paper takes 16 cities in Shandong Province as the research object, and analyzes 12 key factors affecting urban logistics competitiveness by factor analysis. The empirical research results show that Qingdao ranks first in logistics competitiveness and Dongying ranks last. And for different cities logistics development put forward the corresponding recommendations.
