With the rapid economic development and the continuous expansion of consumer markets, China's tea beverage market is thriving. As a player in this market, Mixue Bingcheng has secured its place through its affordable prices, high-quality service, and precise market positioning, standing out in fierce competition. However, how to sustain the company's competitive edge has made incentive and supervision mechanisms crucial. The purpose of this study is to delve into the incentive and supervision mechanisms at Mixue Bingcheng's Wenzhou Chuangrong store, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the company's sustained development.
