This study investigates the strategies of Badminton World Federation World Tour to enhance commercial value through a comprehensive analysis using literature review, case studies, and comparative analysis. The findings reveal opportunities for improvement in business models, brand development, and marketing. Key strategies include cultivating distinctive tournament culture, building a positive brand image, leveraging social media and offline promotions, optimizing spectator experiences, and expanding partnerships with other tournaments and commercial brands. These measures aim to substantially boost the event's commercial value, provide actionable insights for WBT and stakeholders, and drive sustainable development.
