Abstract

Against the backdrop of growing global economic integration and intensifying competition, equity incentives effectively alleviate principal-agent conflicts, stabilize core talents, and drive strategic synergy by linking employee benefits to the long-term value of enterprises. Rational design of exercise cycles and grant conditions can stimulate innovation vitality, yet risks of short-term performance manipulation need to be guarded against. Adopting literature research, case study, and comparative analysis methods, this paper takes Gaoweida Company as the research object, combines theories such as principal-agent theory, and analyzes the implementation effect and success factors of its equity incentives by vertically comparing the financial and non-financial data before and after the implementation of equity incentives, and horizontally contrasting the relevant effects with Xianjinshutong Company. Finally, optimization suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of equity incentives for domestic enterprises.
