In the dual context of rapid evolution of new types of productive forces and the high-quality development of vocational education, Party leadership serves as a key lever to address the persistent challenges of industry-education integration in vocational colleges, where collaboration often lacks depth and cohesion. Based on theories of collaborative governance and stakeholder engagement, this study examines the intrinsic logic and core contradictions of Party-led industry-education integration and coordinated talent cultivation, considering the institutional positioning and contemporary mission of vocational colleges. A systematic mechanism is constructed across four dimensions: ideology, organization, talent cultivation, and evaluation. Practical measures are proposed to ensure implementation, providing both theoretical guidance and a practical model for enhancing the quality of technical and skilled talent development through Party-led empowerment of industry-education integration.
