Abstract

Since the advent of the new era, China’s scientific and technological innovation has entered a stage of high-quality development. As the core driving force behind scientific and technological innovation, the moral attainments of scientific researchers bear a direct bearing on the success of the scientific and technological cause, the advancement of national innovation capacity, and the progress of social civilization. Based on the strategic positioning of scientific and technological innovation in the new era, this paper analyzes the current status and salient problems of moral construction for scientific researchers in China, and combines national requirements for science and technology ethics governance and the practice of academic ecosystem development to propose targeted optimization paths. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical references for enhancing the moral cultivation of scientific researchers, fostering a healthy and upright research environment, and propelling the sound and sustainable development of China’s scientific and technological undertakings.
