This paper takes a high-pressure device as an example to introduce a product quality control method. The implementation steps of this method mainly include functional index decomposition, single-point failure mode analysis, identification of undetectable and unmeasurable items, classification of three types of critical characteristics, and setting of mandatory inspection points.
