By analyzing the characteristics of adolescent psychological development and the current situation of educational practice, this study reveals the inhibitory effect of traditional education models on self actualization needs, and proposes a systematic path from conceptual transformation, archive establishment to multi-party collaboration, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical strategies for optimizing adolescent mental health education.
