Research on the dynamic mechanism and practical strategy of young scientists and technicians to carry forward the spirit of scientists

This paper deeply discusses the connotation and value of the spirit of scientists, including its definition, composition and its important role in the cause of science and technology. The spirit of scientists has been refined into patriotism spirit, innovation spirit, realistic spirit, dedication spirit, collaborative spirit and education spirit and other aspects, which are the inexhaustible driving force for the development of science and technology. This paper further analyzes the dynamic mechanism of young scientists and scientists to carry forward the spirit of scientists, including the internal dynamic factors and external factors such as national policy, social atmosphere and teamwork, and discusses the discussion on the comprehensive effect of the dynamic mechanism. Based on these analyses, the paper puts forward practical strategies for young scientists to promote the spirit of scientists, such as strengthening education and training, setting examples and examples, providing resources and support, and promoting exchanges and cooperation. Finally, the paper summarizes the research conclusions and prospects the future research directions.
