Discussion on the mechanism of professional social workers' intervention in community elderly service

Abstract

At present, China's aging problem is becoming more and more serious, so it can be seen that the improvement of the elderly service mechanism plays a crucial role in alleviating the problem of population aging to a large extent. In the operation process of the specific community elderly service mechanism, it is necessary to further combine the actual situation with the effective introduction of professional social workers, so as to ensure that the elderly can be provided with better and more professional services, so that the quality of life of the elderly can be significantly improved. Combined with this situation, this paper analyzes and discusses the necessity and rationality of professional social workers' intervention in the community elderly service mechanism, and focuses on the analysis and discussion of the relevant ways of professional social workers' intervention in the community elderly service mechanism.
