Abstract

This article deeply explores the education issues of left behind children in the overseas Chinese hometown of Wencheng County, Zhejiang Province, especially the needs and suggestions for their teaching curriculum reform. By analyzing the current situation of education for left behind children in the overseas Chinese hometown of Wencheng County, this article reveals the challenges in its education model and curriculum structure, and proposes comprehensive reform suggestions including government support, curriculum system reform, teaching method reform, and evaluation method reform. Intended to provide a more suitable educational environment for left behind children in overseas Chinese hometowns, promoting their comprehensive development and the inheritance of Chinese culture in their consciousness and practice.
